Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health And Safety Consultant based in Kingston, ON. Responsibilities include performing workplace safety audits, developing and implementing occupational health and safety strategies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The consultant will regularly collaborate with clients to assess and improve their health and safety practices, address potential hazards, and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Experience in direct Construction Health and Safety management , 3-5 years
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and work on-site
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field is an asset
