As a Commercial Framer, you'll be instrumental in constructing durable, high-quality frameworks that serve as the backbone of commercial facilities. Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble framing structures.
• Erect metal buildings and steel frameworks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards..
• Execute framing tasks including metal stud framing
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and position materials efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on installed frameworks, ensuring proper measurements using tape measures and other tools while adhering to blueprint specifications.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing, metal building erection, or concrete forming.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation essential for framing and construction tasks.
• Familiarity with construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site.
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely and handle heavy lifting safely throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with various construction disciplines such as masonry, plastering, siding installation, roofing, woodworking, and restoration is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in framing projects.
