Hardscape Crew MemberPosition Summary

As a Hardscape Crew Member at All-n-One Outdoor Solutions, you'll help transform outdoor spaces by installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, outdoor living areas, and other landscape features. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain valuable skills while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service on every project.

Whether you have experience in hardscaping, construction, or landscaping—or you're eager to learn—we're looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy being part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other hardscape features
• Prepare job sites through excavation, grading, and material installation
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in hardscape construction
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Read and follow project plans while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Keep job sites, tools, trucks, and trailers clean, organized, and professional
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Support snow removal operations and emergency service work when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

You're a Great Fit if You:

• Have a valid driver's license; highly preferred
• Can drive and pull a trailer or are willing to learn
• Have experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or a related trade; preferred
• Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Can work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Have basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Can lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Can pass a background check and E-Verify employment verification

Physical Demands

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and walking
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and occasional weekends
• May be required to drive between job sites and pull a trailer

Performance Pay: Earn up to $2.00 more per hour by achieving productivity and performance goals.
