This role operates under the guidance of the service manager and supports a variety of brands with general automotive service advising. The advisor utilizes service management software to manage appointments, work orders, and parts ordering efficiently, ensuring a seamless service experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand and document service needs
• Coordinate vehicle service schedules and appointments
• Manage parts ordering to support timely service delivery
• Process and oversee work orders using service management tools
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to provide updates and resolve inquiries
