Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join the All Care Counseling Center team, a community health clinic based in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to support individuals in achieving their mental wellness goals through mindfulness-based approaches. Work Environment

This position allows for flexible working conditions as it is fully remote. You will join a team that communicates regularly via digital platforms and engages in collaborative efforts to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, accommodating a work-life balance that fosters your own well-being while you support others.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique challenges, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify stressors and emotional challenges, collaboratively setting goals for therapy.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing methods designed to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate group workshops centered on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, fostering a community atmosphere among participants.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interventions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
• Engage in professional development and self-reflection to continually enhance your mindfulness techniques and therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers, integrating mindfulness practices into a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of clients seeking help with stress, anxiety, depression, and various mental health concerns. You will provide compassionate and informed care, utilizing mindfulness techniques to empower clients in their journey towards improved mental health. This role is pivotal in making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals striving for emotional wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desired.
• Proven ability to integrate mindfulness practices effectively into therapeutic interventions to support client mental health.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a calming and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
