Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to staff and operate our food truck during daily operations. We are a Belgian waffle food truck focused on quality food, smooth service, and a positive team culture. We value reliability, consistency, and people who enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team.

Schedule

  • $14/hour
  • Cash and card tips

Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Operations):

  • Prepare and serve food according to company standards
  • Operate the food truck during service hours (setup, service, and breakdown)
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively
  • Handle POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
  • Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
  • Open and close the truck as needed
  • Drive the food truck (10 ft Box truck)

Qualifications

  • Food service or hospitality experience (food truck experience is a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in varying weather conditions
  • Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Available Tuesday through Saturday consistently
