Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while effectively supporting the needs of your clients. We foster a collaborative workplace where our mental health professionals are encouraged to engage with peers and clinical teams across various disciplines. Some evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate the schedules of clients seeking support.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your education and clinical training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, enabling you to formulate accurate and independent diagnoses.
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions including, but not limited to, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to promote positive outcomes for patients.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care physicians, to coordinate care and ensure an integrated treatment approach.
• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking mechanisms, assessing treatment responses and goals regularly to adapt care strategies as necessary.
• Provide support for psychotropic medication management by collaborating with medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effect management, and overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alivia Behavioral Services, you will work with a diverse population of patients, including those dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will be a key player in delivering culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual, facilitating a supportive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings or integrated care environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
