We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of different massage therapies and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their comfort levels and adjust techniques accordingly.
• Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards and professional licensing requirements, including CPR certification.
• Keep detailed records of each session, noting client progress and treatment outcomes for future reference.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality while fostering a relaxing environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments effectively.
• Excellent patient communication skills to build trust and ensure client comfort throughout sessions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and therapeutic practices.
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
• Knowledge of med spa operations and experience in medical or clinical settings is a plus.
