Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing LCSWs to design their schedules while working with clients facing mental health challenges and engaging in detoxification services. Our advanced virtual tools facilitate seamless communication and effective treatment delivery, ensuring you can provide care without the encumbrance of excessive paperwork. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual patient needs effectively and develop tailored treatment plans that leverage best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Administer diverse therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring approaches align with patient preferences and research-backed modalities.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and facilitating the delivery of coordinated care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings that foster professional development and enhance care quality for our clients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health treatments, available resources, and community services to empower their recovery journey.
• Stay informed with current research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new findings into your clinical practice to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Manage a full caseload efficiently, ensuring treatment goals are consistently met in a timely manner and ethical standards are maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing mental health challenges, including those in need of detox and rehabilitation services. Working collaboratively with our skilled team of psychiatrists and psychologists, you’ll support clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet different cultural and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services.
• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Previous involvement in detox or rehabilitation settings is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement processes and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of various mental health treatment modalities and community resources.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
