Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our thriving team at Alight Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. In this fully remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual therapy services to clients, ensuring their emotional and psychological health is supported through effective counseling. The expected caseload is a minimum of 25 clients per week, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals seeking mental health support.

Work Environment

Our Community Health Clinic operates in a fully remote setting, allowing our team members the flexibility to create their own schedules while delivering essential mental health services. The supportive administration team handles all logistical aspects such as marketing, insurance verifications, credentialing, billing, and compliance, enabling you to concentrate on what truly matters: providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues and concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress, ensuring alignment with best practices in social work and psychotherapy.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to legal and ethical standards for patient confidentiality.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on cases, share insights, and contribute to ongoing program development.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions that enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily involve working with adult clients aged 18 and over, including individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. A focus on serving the LGBTQIA+ community and providing support for men's mental health issues is encouraged, although experience in these areas is not mandatory. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, ensuring their unique needs and experiences are addressed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the State of Florida.
• At least three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Experience working with minority and diverse populations is strongly encouraged.
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Preferred Experience

• Background in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals or men’s mental health.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
