At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with our Richmond, Virginia team, you'll play a critical role in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to work directly with our team to deliver high-quality, in-person ABA therapy services to children with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and train ABA therapists and support staff

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and develop treatment plans

  • Supervise and implement ABA therapy sessions, providing guidance and feedback to therapy staff

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including families, teachers, and other professionals

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
