We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. You'll help customers protect what matters most while growing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

• Grow the business — Prospect for new clients, provide quotes, and bind multi-line insurance policies
• Serve existing customers — Handle inquiries, process changes, accept premiums, and resolve issues with professionalism
• Manage the work environment — Maintain an organized, welcoming office that reflects Alfa's professional standards
• Support daily operations — Manage reports, documentation, and mail distribution to keep the office running smoothly
• Make underwriting decisions — Assess applicant insurability and process applications accurately

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
