Job Description Summary
This position is looking for a Document Specialist (Temporary) working within our Quality Control with experience creating and managing documents and electronic forms.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to migrate Microsoft Word and paper forms to our electronic forms systems (Dot Compliance eQMS).
- Help streamline, optimize, and redesign forms as needed for electronic format.
- Help update SOPs and Policies as needed that are related to the forms.
- Help with generating the clean copy form redline and DOT uploads for review and approval
- Perform Document Integrity check on stability and technical support documents
- Requesting and filling control forms for stability pull
- Evaluating Excel template for stability to replace current word template.
- Generating Reference Standard analytical certificate in DOTcu
Skills required
- Advanced skills with Microsoft office (Word / Excel).
- Advanced skills in creating electronic forms.
- Developing document templates in Word.
- Developing electronic forms.
Education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in a document creation and management role.
- Experience in a regulated company environment a plus.
- Previous experience in a document control system a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Potentially prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation: $25-$27/hour
