We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for learning all facets of the fine jewelry business. You’ll gain comprehensive exposure across showroom operations, marketing, content creation, production, customer experience, and more.

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) based in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:Showroom & Appointment Support

  • Assist during client appointments by preparing displays, offering product guidance, and taking detailed notes for follow-ups and client records.

Content Creation & Curation

  • Help develop eye-catching, brand-aligned content for TikTok and Instagram (including images, videos, stories, and reels).
  • Support product photography, styling, and basic photo/video editing for digital platforms.
  • Curate content inspired by seasonal launches, trends, and campaign initiatives.

Trend Forecasting & Market Research

  • Monitor fashion and jewelry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform content and marketing strategy.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine messaging and improve product positioning.

Production & Live Selling Support

  • Assist in sourcing materials for jewelry production (e.g., metals, gemstones, clasps).
  • Support quality control by inspecting finished pieces for craftsmanship and consistency with brand standards.
  • Support live shows by preparing inventory and tracking shows

Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

  • Help manage online order processing and daily shipping logistics.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipping and returns while upholding a high standard of service.

Leadership & Founder Support

  • Work closely with the founder, providing support on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
  • Execute ad hoc responsibilities and assist across departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Highly resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a true “people person.”
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Passion for jewelry, design, and luxury branding — eager to grow into a subject matter expert.
  • Experience in fine jewelry, luxury, or client services preferred.
  • Comfortable with Mac OS and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • A bachelor’s degree, jewelry coursework, or GIA certification is a plus, but not required.
