Job description

Job Summary: As a Non-CDL Driver, you’ll operate a Sweeper Truck during the night shift, ensuring clean and debris-free commercial shopping centers and retail areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work Time: 8:00pm to End of Shift (Dependent on Nightly Route)
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Operating the Sweeper truck to scheduled stops, emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, and picking up large trash on the property.
  • Route Navigation: Navigating traffic, maintaining organization, and logging correct information.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring safety protocols, reporting equipment failures, and adhering to SCA’s Standard of Quality.
  • Refueling: Refueling the truck at the end of the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Active Driver's License
  • Ability to get in and out of the truck multiple times during the night.
  • Alert driving senses and attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication and willingness to ask questions.
  • Prior experience with sweeper trucks is a plus.
