Job description

App Collectors are responsible for managing consumer debt accounts within a small, focused team. They primarily communicate with customers to ensure all required data is collected, maintain accurate records, and leverage CRM software to track progress. Success in this role is measured by the amount collected and customer satisfaction, with no travel required. This position comes with a commission bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
  • Conduct follow-up calls to encourage timely payments
  • Perform data entry using CRM platforms
