Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee our dedicated team and manage facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members and guests.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, promptly address repair needs, and provide comprehensive reports.
- Lead, train, and guide staff in their daily tasks to uphold service excellence.
- Undertake various administrative duties to bolster our success in the fitness industry.
