The Company is looking to continue to buildits senior support team with an experienced Accounting Manager who has a trackrecord of success in a face-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves environment. The ideal candidate is a humble, organized, problem-solving,detail-oriented team player with relevant accounting and cash management experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

BA in Accounting/Business Administration orequivalent is preferred

College Course work and/or a minimum of 7+ yearsrelevant work experience will be considered

Ability to work in a fast paced and challengingenvironment

Organizational skills

Communication skills essential with the abilityto build both internal and external business relationships

Ability to effectively collaborate acrossmultifunctional teams

Treasury / banking / cash management experience

Reporting Skills

Typing & Data Entry skills

Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel (V-Lookups,pivot tables, etc.), Accounting/ERP Programs

Excellent oral and written communicationsEnglish skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention todetails.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Be a leader in the accounting department, workingwith outsourced 3rd party accounting team to produce timely andaccurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements

Oversee intercompany accounting entries

Manage cash, banking and treasury functions

Assist with tax reporting and compliance

Manage the accounts payable and staff accountingteam

Coach, mentor and lead team to meet and /orexceed monthly goals

Ability to effectively collaborate acrossmultifunctional teams

Responds timely and professionally to requestsfor information both internally and externally

Regular attendance at company meetings whenrequested and involvement and interaction in the meetings

Keep management informed of all activities,including timely preparation of reports

Assist in writing, developing, and implementingnew procedures to improve the accounting department

Ability to build both internal and externalbusiness customer, vendor, and teammates relationships

See bills and invoices are paid timely andaccurately

Evaluate employee performance and identifytraining needs

Ensure that all teammates adhere to companypolices and guidelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Management

Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

Maintain a documented system of accountingpolicies and procedures

Manage outsourced functions

Develop financial and tax strategies and liaisonwith CPA

Oversee accounting transactions

Ensure that accounts payable are paid in atimely manner

Ensure that all reasonable discounts are takenon accounts payable

Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations arecompleted

Ensure that required debt payments are made on atimely basis

Maintain the chart of accounts

Maintain an orderly accounting filing system

Maintain a system of controls over accountingtransactions

Prepare and file sales tax returns

Prepare and file annual 1099 tax returns

Reporting

Issue timely and complete financial statements

Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annualreporting

Provide financial analyses as needed

Compliance

Coordinate the provision of information toexternal auditors for any financial annual audits

Monitor debt levels and compliance with debtcovenants

Comply with local, state, and federal governmentreporting requirements and tax filings

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Typically sits for extended periods at a desk and in frontof a computer.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift (up to 20 lbs.)for short periods of time.

Repetitive movements - Data Entry hand movement on keyboard,phone call handling
