Inc offers the opportunity to work with a variety of HVAC systems and building types, supporting both creative and functional spaces.

Role Description This full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role is based in Marietta, GA. The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in studio facilities and client locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, completing repairs, and verifying system performance and safety. The role also involves inspecting components such as compressors, motors, ductwork, and controls; coordinating with other trades as needed; documenting work performed; and communicating clearly with team members and clients about recommended solutions and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess Plumbing skills to work with condensate lines, drainage systems, and related piping components.
  • Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to perform regular inspections, cleaning, and adjustments on HVAC equipment.
  • Candidates should possess Electricity skills to safely work with wiring, controls, motors, and electrical panels associated with HVAC systems.
  • Candidates should possess relevant EPA certification (such as EPA 608) to handle refrigerants in compliance with regulations.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools, ability to read technical schematics, and experience with commercial or residential systems.
  • Strong attention to safety, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an HVAC training program, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications is preferred.
