HVAC Service Technician II

Airgaard LLC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician in Palm Beach County to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a performance-driven environment where earning commission is part of the job. They are confident in leading and supervising a team of service technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a small team of field service technicians

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, and package units

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections

• Interpret plans and schematics

• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system conditions

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

• Follow all company safety policies and EPA regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
