Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer with experience in mini-split systems and central air installations for residential projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* Install mini-split (ductless) systems from start to finish
* Install central air systems, including ductwork, air handlers, and condensers
* Run refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and drainage systems
* Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting
* Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Requirements:
* Proven experience installing mini-split and central AC systems
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
* Ability to read plans and layouts
* Valid driver’s license
* EPA certification (preferred)
* Strong work ethic and reliability
