Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on supporting daily operational activities on the Airblox platform, including monitoring transactions, updating capacity data, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Operations Associate will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, support onboarding of new users, and maintain smooth workflow across different operational processes. Responsibilities also include tracking key performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and assisting with customer inquiries related to platform usage and operational procedures. The role requires consistent collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable operational support in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Operations and process coordination, with the ability to manage daily workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a clear, professional manner.
  • Developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance indicators, and propose process improvements.
  • Customer Service experience and a service-oriented mindset to support platform users and address operational inquiries promptly.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and platforms; proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration tools).
  • High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail in handling operational data and documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL and function effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
