As a Project Manager – Exteriors, you are the definitive field authority, taking direct ownership of active jobsites from pre-project preparation through final closeout. • Lead homeowner interactions with authority, setting clear expectations and establishing absolute confidence.

Your day-to-day involves conducting pre-job readiness reviews, verifying material integrity, holding trade crews accountable, directing scope modifications in ServiceTitan, guiding clients through technical updates, and securing definitive project closeouts.

• Takes complete ownership of jobsite execution, technical accuracy, and site control.
• Asserts confident authority when directing field crews, subcontractors, and material vendors.
• Communicates directly, factually, and decisively with both clients and internal operations teams.
• Drives high standards and enforces operational discipline without compromising safety or quality.
• Solves complex field logistics and material challenges independently using strong technical judgment.

• Direct pre-job reviews, verify technical specifications, assess jobsite risks, and clear operational roadblocks.
• Oversee active jobsites, hold field crews accountable to scope, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Manage day-of project variations, execute formal change orders in ServiceTitan, and communicate value clearly.
• Perform definitive final quality inspections, issue invoices, collect payment, and secure client reviews.
• Manage material gap documentation, approve daily timecards, and ensure 100% audit-ready job records.

• Proven track record leading roofing, siding, or exterior construction projects in a field management role.
• Advanced technical knowledge of exterior installation standards, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Strong proficiency with mobile tech for real-time field documentation and tracking.
• Direct, authoritative communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage trade crews decisively.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean abstract, and the mobility required to manage multiple regional jobsites.
