This position is primarily responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels,interviewing, screening, assessing interview performanceand referring job candidatesfor clients’ job openings for successful placements.The positionalsoprovidestheinformation of job marketandproposerecruitment strategies and measures to meet the needs ofclient.

  • Conduct job order intake meetings with clients to finalize qualification criteria for candidates
  • Obtain job orders and place candidatesby conferring with clients and/or internal sources
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video screenings
  • Support candidates in preparation for interviews with clients
  • Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Work as part of a team and collaborate with other internal divisions
  • Follow up with clients and assigned temporary staffs to monitor progress and mitigate concerns
  • Participate in various projects as assigned
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirement
  • Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in both Englishand Japanese
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners is preferred
  • Basic computer skills are necessary (e.g. MS office)
  • Project management skills, prioritizing, multitasking, time management, customer service minded
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Location : New York-NY ( 3 days in office. Hybrid work )
  • Work Hour: Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Local time, 40 hours/week)
  • Salary range: $50,000-$72,000/year (DOE)
