As aPrincipalBusiness Trainer - Investment, you will play a pivotal role in enablingSimCorpclients,partnersand internal teams to succeed.You will apply your investmentexpertiseand learning design capabilities to build and deliver impactful training that enables users to work confidently withSimCorpDimension across frontand middleoffice processes.

Youwill be part of a global Education Services organizationthat ensures our users understand and apply complex financial workflows confidently. Your work will empower stakeholders to useSimCorptechnology to its full potential, reduce operational risk, and drive better business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Deliver both in-person and virtual instructor-led training, using engaging and interactive training methods intheInvestment (Front/Middle-Office) area of expertise(please see the breakdown in the paragraph below).

  • Create andmaintaincomprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, simulations, and eLearning content focused oninvestment workflowsand front/middle-office processesusingSimCorpDimension.

  • Represent Education Services in product initiatives and customer-facing projectsto align training with business needs.

  • Collaborate with SMEsandother stakeholdersto ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality.

  • Support ongoing improvement efforts by conducting analyses,keeping comprehensive training documentation, tracking performance through reporting, and actively engaging in team learning.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Candidates with strongSimCorpDimensionexpertisemaydemonstratetraining potential insteadof formal training experience.

  • Relevant academic or professional credentials,such as a Master's/PhD in Finance, Business, or Education; CFA or FRM is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Comfort with modern learning tools, including LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, and digital content creation.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx.20-60%)to deliver training across global clientsitesandSimCorpoffices.
