Agilus is recruiting for a Project Expeditor in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.


Join a leading energy project team as a Project Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment for large-scale industrial projects. You’ll monitor supplier progress, manage schedules, and coordinate across teams to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor supplier progress on purchase orders
  • Track and manage vendor schedules to prevent delays
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
  • Validate delivery status and prepare expediting reports
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly with corrective actions
  • Coordinate inspections and manage non-conformance reports
  • Facilitate logistics and ensure export documentation compliance
  • Assist with purchase order closure and shortage resolution


Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain
  • Background in EPC, oil & gas, mining, or large industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and quality management principles
  • Proficiency with expediting tools and production schedules
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as needed
  • Skilled in reporting and documentation processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
