Job description

We provide professional sales training for ongoing improvement - You'll have all the support you need to be the best insurance agent!

This opportunity is unlike any other. We provide the leads and telemarketers to assist you with getting a ton of quotes every day. We just need you to close the deals! You'll only be responsible for the sales portion of onboarding clients. We provide you with a service representative that handles all of the other aspects of the agency - Just Sell Baby! (Raiders reference)

You will be among the best insurance agents in the state! You'll learn from our collective experience to make you even better than you ever thought possible.

Base Salary $30.00/hr. +*benefits*

On top of your base pay, you will ALSO earn extra Incentives and Commission!

Daily Activities:

Manage pipeline of previous quotes and follow-ups.

Quote new business by taking warm transfers from our amazing telemarketers and prospect through endless amounts of paid leads!

Explain to everyone why Allstate is the best insurance company on the planet - we'll show you how to do that.

Requirements:

Independently motivated - we don't want staff we have to micromanage.
