We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services in both in-home and clinical settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through personalized, evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior therapists.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions in both home and clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to promote consistency in behavior strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in international travel throughout the year with our global partners to provide training, consultation, and collaboration on behavior analytic services.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement provided).

Benefits:
  • Flexible scheduling (16-22 billable hours per week).
  • One paid day off per month, plus seven paid holidays.
  • 50% employer-paid health insurance.
  • IRA with 3% company match.
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
  • Company-paid cell phone.
  • Annual access to Do Better Collective for CEUs.

Why Join Us?
We are a supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven team committed to providing exceptional care while fostering a healthy work-life balance. With exciting opportunities for international collaboration, this is the perfect role for a BCBA looking to make a local impact.
