We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team and support the continued growth and excellence of our behavioral healthcare programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, or related healthcare environments

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operational best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, build accountability, and drive organizational results

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


Specific Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide leadership and strategic oversight of daily operations across multiple behavioral healthcare facilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth, efficiency, and long-term goals
  • Partner with clinical, nursing, admissions, business development, and administrative leaders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the client and employee experience
  • Establish operational standards, performance expectations, and accountability measures across departments
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support leadership development, team engagement, and a strong organizational culture
  • Ensure operational practices align with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to department leaders, fostering ownership and continuous improvement
