What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually or by phone
• Conduct personalized insurance reviews and needs assessments
• Educate individuals and families on available life and health coverage options
• Recommend solutions aligned with each client's goals and budget
• Maintain client records and follow-up activities
• Develop and grow your own book of business
• Build lasting client relationships through ongoing service and support

What We're Looking For

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, consultative approach to helping clients
• Self-starter with excellent time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
• Basic computer and technology proficiency

Qualifications

• Insurance, sales, customer service, or financial services background
• Experience conducting virtual or phone-based consultations
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-up activities
