Expected Travel Commitment:

  • Minimum 3-4 days per week conducting in-person field visits across the assigned territory.
  • Overnight stays required when territory geography or event scheduling necessitates extended coverage.
  • Attendance at regional and national conferences, law enforcement tradeshows, and community events, which may include multi-day travel commitments throughout the year.
  • Flexibility to respond to unplanned or time-sensitive field opportunities as they arise.

Territory Coverage:

  • Assigned territory boundaries are defined by leadership and subject to adjustment based on market needs and organizational growth.
  • Specialist is expected to develop a structured weekly routing plan that maximizes agency touchpoints and minimizes unnecessary travel gaps.
  • High-priority agencies and newly identified targets should be visited with greater frequency and documented within HubSpot.

Travel Logistics & Expenses:

  • All business travel expenses are reimbursable in accordance with the company travel and expense policy.

Field Time Accountability
