  • Prior Experience: Began her professional career at Compass Bank, where she worked for 2.5 years before joining Aflac and building a long-standing career in the insurance industry.
  • Passionate About: Her church, family, and spending quality time with loved ones. Whether it's a family outing, church activities, or simply being together, Sarah values faith and family above all else.
Kristi Bellew, DSC:
  • Time with Aflac: 1 year
  • Prior Experience: Spent 7 years working with a competitor in the insurance industry, gaining valuable experience and insight before bringing her expertise to Aflac.
  • Passionate About: Spending time with family, traveling to new places, reading a good book, and enjoying sunny days out on the boat. Kristi loves making memories and embracing life's relaxing moments.
Bailey Whitsett, DSC:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
  • Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
  • Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
  • Attend team meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
  • Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
  • Proven industry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
  • Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
