Job Summary:
Affton Terminal Services is seeking a full-time Accounting Receivables & Billing professional with experience in collections and billing, specifically in the trucking industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing trucking collections and billing processes.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in trucking collections and billing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections and billing processes for trucking services.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide support during financial audits.
