• Annual Full-Time salary: $80,000–$100,000.

• Part-Time Salary: $50-$60 an hour.

• Our salary is based on realistic expectations of the hours our therapists actually work, not on unrealistic fee-for-service models that assume long hours and offer only 1099 pay with no health insurance, benefits, or paid time off. • Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
