Position Overview

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high‑quality, client‑centered care to individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations
• Providing individual, family, and potentially group therapy services
• Developing treatment plans with effective, evidence‑based interventions
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success
• Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health‑related field
• Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Experience working with individuals with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
