About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our business vision and technical execution. You will drive alignment across cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans. This role is central to fostering clear communication, ensuring efficient resource use, and supporting our long-term organizational growth.

What You'll Do:

• Define and maintain the project roadmap, from initial scope to final delivery.
• Align project goals with company strategy, ensuring every project delivers measurable value.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration, serving as the central coordination point for all teams.
• Monitor project health and delivery progress using data and regular reporting.
• Oversee risk management by anticipating challenges, maintaining a risk register, and resolving blockers.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for project decisions, changes, and lessons learned.

• Proficient in using metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance and inform decisions.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
