Management Trainee

We are seeking an entry-level management trainee to be cross trained across departmental rotations to learn our company's sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The primary goal of this role is to transition into a full-fledged sales or branch manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
• Operational Rotation: Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
• Team Leadership: Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Analysis: Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
