Job Description
Title: Occupational Therapist
Schedule:
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Assignment Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or foreign equivalent.
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor.
- Valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- At least two years recent experience in the field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess quality standards and identify areas requiring attention.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients using appropriate clinical techniques.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions based on established protocols.
- Create individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation within established timelines.
- Supervise assistants as assigned.
