Job Description
Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Nursing
Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
- Report patients' status and concerns to the RN.
- Maintain organization in the unit and perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide assessment data to the certified nurse within the scope of practice.
Compliance / Notes:
- All associates are required to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment.
- Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
- Holiday requests for time off will not be approved.
