Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assisted Living Director to lead daily operations at our well-established community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the assisted living community
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care and services
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
• Ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assisted Living Director or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
