Job description

Description:

Advanced Technology Products, headquartered in Milford Center, Ohio, is a manufacturer and vendor of tubing, hose, and fittings to a wide range of markets throughout both the United States and internationally. ATP has experienced steady growth and expansion and is looking for quality candidates for long-term employment. ATP is a 100% Employee-Owned ESOP Company.


Reports to Quality Control Manager

Responsible for preparing Automation Direct (Adcom) shipments

Approves finished products by confirming specification

Conducts visual and measurement tests on finished product

Returns faulty product for re-work

Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications

Communicates needed adjustments to Shipping and/or Receiving Supervisor

Assist in overall process improvements

Complete detailed inspection reports to Quality Control Manager

Ensures Quality standards are followed and adhered to

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have eye for detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good math and technical skills

2-5 years of experience of inspection and/or production experience

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing

Working knowledge of Word and Excel (Microsoft Office products)

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Working knowledge of quality equipment such as calipers, pin gauges, etc.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
