Job description

About the Role:

The Supplier Integration Level 3 role is a senior position focused on ensuring seamless and efficient integration of supplier systems with our business platforms. This role is critical in managing complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement in supplier onboarding and data exchange processes. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration to align supplier capabilities with organizational requirements, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting advanced integration issues and implementing scalable solutions that enhance supplier performance and data accuracy. Ultimately, this position aims to optimize supplier relationships through robust technical integration, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the supply chain operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier integration, system integration, or related technical roles within business services.
  • Proven expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), API integration, and data mapping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management systems.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in integration technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or relevant vendor certifications).
  • Experience working in a global business services environment with multi-regional supplier networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL for custom integration development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of supplier integration solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to supplier data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration requirements and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor integration performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier onboarding and data quality.

Skills:

The required skills enable the candidate to design and implement robust integration solutions that connect supplier systems with internal platforms, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
