Job description

A Functional Integrated Medicine Physician practices in an individual clinical setting within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on a holistic approach to patient care. This role emphasizes integrating traditional and alternative therapies to manage chronic diseases and promote overall wellness through personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand health conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional and integrative medicine principles
  • Manage chronic diseases through a holistic approach

Required Qualifications
