We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team, providing exceptional service as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is open to new graduates and experienced professionals alike, with both part-time and full-time options available. As a Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing daily operations and creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, managing their intake and appointment scheduling.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assisting with inquiries.
Handle patient records, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
Process billing, payments, and insurance verifications as needed.
Support office operations by coordinating with team members and maintaining a clean reception area.

Salary Range
