Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed chiropractor to serve as our Chiropractor, This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities in an exciting atmosphere where you'll treat and witness incredible recovery stories daily. You'll supervise our multidisciplinary team while being surrounded by the motivating energy of elite training facilities. Cutting edge treatment protocols are located on site boasting full exercise suite   , shockwave therapy, Spinal decompression, Cold Laser and more.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

Clinic Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow management
Treatment Oversight: Provide treatment planning oversight for all patients
Collaborative Care: Lead multidisciplinary treatment planning with our diverse healthcare team
Problem Solving: Facilitate staff discussions regarding clinic operations and specific patient concerns
Clinical Responsibilities

Comprehensive Chiropractic Care: Provide adjustments, spinal manipulation, and extremity treatments to active individuals
Advanced Modalities: Utilize cutting-edge therapeutic equipment including:
Manual therapies and soft tissue techniques
Ultrasound therapy
Electrical muscle stimulation
Shockwave therapy
Documentation: Maintain accurate records in Chirotouch software with independent billing authority after training and probationary period
Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, to maximize clinical outcome
Required Qualifications

License: Current license to practice chiropractic medicine in New Jersey
Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and management skills preferred
Clinical Excellence: Proven track record of exceptional patient care
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage clinic operations
Technology: Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
Compensation

Salary + Bonus:

Base salary: $75,000/year
Performance bonus:

Schedule: Full-time position covering all clinic operational hours
