Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and empathetic clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and the effectiveness of previous treatments.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, particularly for clients facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders.
• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating support across various disciplines.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, professional development workshops, and case conferences to enhance clinical skills and integrate best practices into your work.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
