Adsync Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Program Analyst. This position will support the Naval Sea Logistics Center located in Mechanicsburg, PA. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES The Program Analyst provides expertise in the support of processes, policies, procedures surrounding the eForms suite of applications. This includes: · Participation in program meetings, presentations, inquiries and action item resolution. · Serves as the initial interface with external users capturing and resolving issues with the eForms suite of applications. · Captures new requirements from the customer base. · Works with the Government team to present and gain approval for new requirements, and interfaces with the development staff on the implementation of those requirements. · Participates, leads or supports the testing of new requirements and fixes as they are created and approved for release to the production environment. · Creates and modifies existing documentation that describes how the eForms modules work and/or are enhanced to meet end user requirements. · Providing customer feedback internally on module operability. · Provides user level training on the modules. Skillset:
• Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple program stakeholders and gather and translate system requirements into functional requirements for development teams. • Experience managing and tracking tasks and progress across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on schedule.
• Basic understanding of software lifecycle.
• Proven ability to establish baseline metrics and monitor outcomes to drive continuous process improvement. • Experience documenting software requirements, SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) and User Guides. • Ability to provide training/articulate functionality to customers of projects. • Ability to collaborate with a team on projects.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
