We are looking for a motivated and dependable Driving for Dollars Representative to help identify off-market real estate opportunities by scouting neighborhoods and locating distressed residential properties. This position plays a critical role in our real estate acquisition process by uncovering properties that may be ideal candidates for purchase before they ever hit the market.

As a Driving for Dollars Representative, you will be assigned specific territories and expected to systematically drive every street within those areas. Your primary responsibility is to identify homes showing signs of neglect, vacancy, deferred maintenance, or other indicators that the owner may be interested in selling. Once identified, you will document the property using our mobile application, including photos, property condition notes, and any relevant observations.

This is not a sales position. You will not be knocking on doors, making offers, or negotiating with homeowners. Your sole focus is identifying and documenting potential investment properties accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, is highly observant, follows instructions well, and takes pride in thorough and accurate work. Success in this role comes from consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to cover assigned territories completely without overlooking potential opportunities.
