The Opportunity

The Adobe Technology Partner Program team designs and runs theprogram that allows strategic ISVs and technology companies to deliver uniqueintegrated solutions that extend the functionality of Adobe Experience Cloudsolutions for Adobe customers. This growing team is seeking qualifiedindividuals that can help supportpartners building andmarketingintegrations which lead to improved customerexperiences.

As a partner program manager for partners, you will beresponsible for ensuring that your assigned partners are getting the most outof the partner program. You’ll meet with partners regularly to answerquestions, solve problems and help deliver partner programbenefits.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospectivepartners as directed by Adobe Business Development to explain and pitchthe partner program.
• Onboard new partnersincluding teaching them about all benefits, getting them access to allsystems, understanding their business model & designing a go-to-marketframework.
• Ensure your partnersare taking advantage of all the partner program benefitsavailable.
• Provide introductions forpartners to the Adobe field on behalf of relevant joint opportunities andcustomers.
• Build partnershipcollateral and manage distribution to Adobe field.
• Report to management onstatus and progress of all assigned partners. Gather and summarize partnerfeedback.
• Provide a regular statsheet to partners reporting on relevant metrics.
• Resolve partner concernsand escalations.
• Engage with the broaderAdobe partner ecosystem to improve the program and make suggestions forimprovements to create an industry leading partner experience.

What you need to succeed

• Prior partner manager,business development, or partner marketing experience.
• Excellent communicationskills.
• Ability to solveproblems proactively and anticipate what partners will need.
• Familiarity with AdobeDX solutions and Adobe partner ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience withCrossbeam account matching software is a plus.

This is a full-time agency position through Magnit at Adobe.
