Job description

The Insurance Sales Producer plays a critical role in driving new client acquisition through proactive lead generation and effective policy sales. Operating primarily as an individual contributor within a sales team, this role focuses on both outbound prospecting and managing inbound inquiries to expand the customer base. The Insurance Sales Producer prepares accurate quotes and builds strong networks to ensure sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Sell insurance policies tailored to client needs
  • Prepare detailed and accurate insurance quotes
  • Build and maintain professional networks to enhance sales opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in insurance sales
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field
  • State Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and communication
  • Proficient in prospecting, time management, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
